These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the activity monitoring service (“Service”) provided by Jin (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our Service, you (“Parent”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms on behalf of your child or legal dependent (“Dependent”).
By creating an account, you confirm that you are the lawful parent or legal guardian of the Dependent whose activity will be monitored.
To agree to these Terms, click “I Agree” during registration.
Use of the Jin website or app indicates acceptance of our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Jin provides parents and guardians with tools such as screen time monitoring, notifications, activity insights, and related parental control features.
The Service is subscription-based. You may choose a monthly or yearly plan. Subscription fees apply per family group unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the “Account” or “Subscription” section of the app or website. Upon cancellation, monitoring stops immediately. No refunds are provided.
To use the Service, the registering adult must be at least 18 years old and must register only their own Dependents.
You represent and warrant that you are the lawful parent or guardian of each Dependent registered. If your Dependent is 18 or older, you must have their consent to register them.
During setup, you must identify each Dependent and select the supported services (e.g., messaging apps) to be monitored. By enabling monitoring, you authorize Jin to access and analyze activity related to that account and provide alerts accordingly.
Compliance with minimum age requirements of third-party platforms (such as 13+) is your responsibility.
Jin may collect the Dependent’s name, age, date of birth, and monitored activity data as needed to provide the Service.

Questions regarding child privacy can be sent to support@jinparental.com. You may stop monitoring anytime by canceling your subscription.
By subscribing, you authorize Jin to charge your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled. Both monthly and annual billing options may be available.
Jin may send alerts via push notifications. You are responsible for maintaining valid contact information.
You agree not to misuse any personal information of third parties that appears in alerts. You also agree to request deletion of such alerts when required.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL PREVENT ANY HARM.
Jin may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
All content, logos, trademarks and materials within the Service belong to Jin unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold Jin harmless from any claims arising out of misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of any collected information.
Jin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service.
You agree to use Jin in compliance with all applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your country or region.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration and not through class actions.
If any part of the Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
