Jin provides parental monitoring tools that help parents or legal guardians supervise device usage of their child or dependent (“Dependent”). You configure what data is monitored, and Jin processes the data based on your configuration.

Jin is used by adults to monitor children. Only users 18 or older may create an account. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without verified parental permission.
As the parent/guardian, you are the controller of Dependent data. Jin processes this data solely to provide monitoring functionality.
You agree to handle any Dependent data lawfully, securely, and responsibly, and not misuse it. You must ensure you have the legal authority to monitor the Dependent's device or account.
You control what data Jin collects by configuring the app settings. Jin processes only what you authorize.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect User Data. Upon closing your account, we stop processing and delete data unless legally required otherwise.
We may use subcontractors who meet the same data protection standards.
We will support reasonable requests related to privacy compliance, including documentation of safeguards.
